Unsere Villa Pauline ist schon ein ziemlich „altes Mädchen“. Im Jahr 1925 erbaut, hat sie nunmehr schon viele Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel. Das schafft zwar einen wunderbaren Altbaucharme, bringt aber leider auch ein paar Anforderungen mit sich. Trotz aller Modernisierungsmaßnahmen lässt sich kein Schallschutz wie in einem Neubau herstellen. Wir bitten dies bei Ihrer Buchung zu beachten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. Treppensteigen ist daher erforderlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die zur Wohnung führende Treppe etwas steiler ist.
