About Us
Our Villa Pauline is located in the idyllic spa town of Bad Sooden-Allendorf.
We are located directly at the graduation tower and at the entrance to the extensive spa park with pedestrian zone.
There is plenty to experience here and in our beautiful Werra-Meißner district.
Whether relaxing hours in the Werratal thermal baths, experiencing German-German history in the border museum or a family trip to the barefoot path on the Hoher Meißner - there is something for everyone here!
With our premium hiking trails and well-developed cycle paths, you're in the right place for an active holiday.
Culture is not neglected either - the Documenta city of Kassel, the university city of Göttingen and the Wartburg city of Eisenach can be reached in under an hour's drive.
There is a public parking lot directly opposite the house. You can park there free of charge with your visitor's card.
Even train travelers don't have far to go to reach us! The train station is in the immediate vicinity.
Furthermore, a variety of shopping opportunities can be reached within a few minutes' walk.

How it all began
Our old Art Nouveau villa, built in 1925, was lovingly run as "Gästehaus Anita" for many years.
Our former owner is now enjoying her well-deserved retirement, and since 2022 the future of the house has been in our hands. "Gästehaus Anita" has thus become "Villa Pauline," and we are continuing the story of the house with joy and confidence.
Villa Pauline warmly welcomes you as a guest after extensive renovations in 2023!
Our team
Welcome! My name is Meret Rhenius, and I am the founder and owner of Villa Pauline.
As a young and small company, we place great value on personal service. I am supported by my two loyal dogs, who always bring cheer and are part of our small but excellent team. Together, we do everything we can to offer you an unforgettable experience.
I look forward to welcoming you!
