Villa Pauline is located right next to the spa gardens. Attractions and recreational facilities such as the graduation tower and the WerratalTherme spa are easily accessible on foot. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés are also in the immediate vicinity.
Ample parking is available for guests of our holiday apartments in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, you will benefit from the short distance to the local health resorts – perfect for spa and wellness stays.
A special highlight is our in-house wine bar with a cozy outdoor area directly on the property – the ideal place to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.

What services are already included in the price?
Our accommodation price already includes all utilities, final cleaning, free Wi-Fi, free parking, bed linen and towels. The only additional fee we have to charge is the tourist tax.

Are dogs allowed at your establishment?
Yes, dogs are always welcome here. To ensure the apartment is ready for you, please let us know that you will be arriving with your pet.

Do you have parking facilities?
Numerous parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of our house. We will issue you a parking permit upon arrival, allowing you to park free of charge. The parking permit is included in the accommodation price.

When is check-in and check-out?
Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Later arrivals are no problem by prior arrangement. Our check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
