Cancellation policy

The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period by providing written notice (e.g., by email). The decisive factor is the date on which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord.

In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• Up to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the total price
• Up to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Less than 8 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.
